Once the online registration is complete, each client can print out their set sail pass which will be needed to board the ship.

49 days prior to each sailing, US and Canadian clients that have completed the online registration can order luggage tags online. International clients can pick up their luggage tags from the cruise agents at the port.

If a client does not have e-mail or a computer, we can process a traditional paper cruise booklet for a charge of $42.50 for processing, shipping and handling.

Passports and Proof of Citizenship:
All passports, visas and other travel documents required for embarkation and disembarkation and at all ports of call or otherwise required to gain entry to all countries are your sole responsibility. Appropriate proof of citizenship is required for all travel to Canada, Mexico and most Caribbean nations if you are a US or Canadian citizen. All other international travel requires a valid passport.

Visas may be required, depending on the destination. Proof of citizenship consists of a valid government issued photo ID plus either an original government issued birth certificate with raised seal or naturalization papers. A passport is preferred and may be required in the future for all travel outside the United States. Citizens of countries other than the U.S. should contact an embassy or consulate of the destination country for specific entry requirements.

These documents are your responsibility and Couples Cruise is not responsible for any delays you may encounter due to incomplete or incorrect documentation, nor shall Couples Cruise or its Supplier, as defined below, have any liability therefore. Additionally, shore excursions may include walks of 1-2 miles over uneven ground, and multiple instances of Zodiac tendering will be required. We regret that, due to circumstances beyond our and their control, Couples Cruise is unable to include physically challenged passengers. For your safety and enjoyment, it is recommended that you be in good physical condition, so you may participate in and benefit from all tours and shore excursions, as well as the cruise experience

If you don't mind having your photo taken, you can sign a model release form and you will get a colored band that can be worn throughout the cruise. Even though you sign a model release, you will only be photographed while wearing this band or by giving verbal consent at the time of the photo. If you decide at any time that you no longer want to be photographed, simply remove the band or let our staff photographer know that you no longer want to be photographed. Those that do not sign a model release will not be photographed.

Photography, of anyone, without permission is prohibited. If you are found to be taking photos of people without their permission, your photos can be deleted and your camera could be confiscated and returned to you at the conclusion of the cruise. When taking photos of yourselves or friends, always be aware of people in the background and move to an area where there is no one in the background. Photos of large groups of people (main pool deck, disco, casino, dining room, etc...) are prohibited.
